Our friendly staff is typically comprised of a fully-qualified medical
assistant, a receptionist and back office staff members.  Our staff is
fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic and baby-nese.  Our purpose is to
serve your family’s needs the same way we would serve our own.  We
intend to pursue your child’s future health and well being through
aggressive preventative care.  Your children deserves the best possible
care.

Dr. Selem graduated medical school at Ain Shams University in Cairo,
Egypt.  She got married and moved to Southern California in the early
1980’s.  She completed her residency at King Drew Medical Center in Los
Angeles.  Dr. Selem started her practice in 1995, two years after
practicing medicine in Long Beach, CA.  Hospital affiliations include
Miller Children’s Hospital and Los Alamitos Medical Center.

Selem is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a
Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She Speaks Arabic and
Spanish as well.

When She’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Selem enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
